What are Credits?
Credits are how Reasonyx tracks usage for actions that rely on external APIs or third-party services.
Some actions — like scraping, enrichment, or AI generation — consume credits when they run.
Each integration or action shows how many credits it will use before you run it.
Credits only apply to Reasonyx-managed accounts.
If you bring your own API keys, usage depends on your provider’s limits, not ours.
Managing API Keys
You can connect your own API keys to avoid credit usage on supported integrations.
Using your own keys lets you:
- Skip Reasonyx credit charges
- Get full control over rate limits
- Use enterprise-level plans from providers

You can track your credit usage in real time from the Credits dashboard.
There, you’ll see:
- Total credits used
- Remaining balance
- Breakdown by action or integration
- Which workspace or table consumed credits
You’ll also get notified when you’re close to running out — so you can top up or switch to your own API key if needed.

Only actions using Reasonyx-managed APIs (like enrichment, scraping, AI outputs) consume credits. Manual inputs, CSV imports, or bring-your-own-key actions do not.

Yes — the action setup shows credit cost before execution. You’ll never get surprise charges.
