Export Actions

Export Actions are actions to export enriched data to different platforms of your choice like CRMs, email sequencer platforms, databases and more. It works like regular Actions by creating new columns but just categorized as exports so its easier to automate.

Examples:

• Update lead in your outreach campaigns in Smartlead, Apollo, Instantly, etc
• Update record in CRMs like HubSpot, SalesForce, Pipedrive, etc
• Create personalized web pages for each prospect using Webflows “Create Webpage” action
• Create personalized tools using the Lovable “Run Agent” action

Step by step guide to run Export Actions

1. Click on the Table button on the top right and select Export
2. Select any Export Action to run
3. Authenticate your account by adding your API key inside
4. Set the required input fields
5. Set Auto Run settings
6. Click Save and Run Column

Authentication required Exports

Most Export destinations will require you to authenticate your account or push data. You can find tutorials on how to do it inside each respective Actions page.

Authenticating your account

1. Click Authenticate inside the Actions page
2. Name your account and add your API key
3. Click Save

Refresh fields

You might need to fetch some data in some integrations. For example: When pushing leads to an outreach sequencer, you need to select the right campaign.

Once authenticated, click the Refres fields icon to fetch available campaigns.
