Step-by-step Instructions
1. Scrape Google Maps
- From the Reasonyx dashboard, click the Scrape Google Maps import template
- Enter the search keyword (e.g. “restaurants”)
- Set
Max items to scrape
(e.g. 15) and run it - Your table will now be filled with raw business data
2. Enrich Business Details
- Use the Enrich Organization action
- Pass the domain field as input by typing ”/” and selecting the output from the Maps scraper
- Get data like total employees, LinkedIn URL, social links, etc.
Note: Some small businesses might not have full details available — that’s common.
3. Scrape Website for Contact Info
- Run the Scrape Single URL action
- Select fields to extract: emails, phone numbers, address, title, description
- This will fill in the missing contact details from their website
4. Research Pain Points with AI Agent
- Use the Web Research Agent
- Write a prompt like:
"Find negative Google reviews about slow service, mismanagement, wrong orders. Mention customer names and review dates."
- Run the agent — it will extract complaints and issues you can use in your pitch
5. Generate Personalized Emails
- Use the AI Email Generator Agent
- Prompt example:
"Generate a short email based on their negative reviews. Mention a specific review and how our product can help solve it. Add a CTA for a demo."
- Save and run — each row will now have a unique, hyper-personalized email
6. Export and Send
- Once you’re happy with your emails, export the table as CSV
- Upload to your email campaign tool (soon you can send directly from Reasonyx)
🧠 Tips
- You can adjust this entire workflow for any local business type — clinics, salons, mechanics, etc.
- Experiment with prompts to get even more creative outputs
